Privacy notice
THE SHORT VERSION
- The public site has no accounts or sign-ups, and no form on the site sends or stores your information. The Follow-Up Kit works entirely in your browser, and the form on the Talk to us page just opens a pre-filled email in your own email app.
- No cookies, no ads, no tracking scripts, and we never sell personal information.
- A few demos remember settings in your own browser. We can't see that.
- If you email us, we use your email to reply.
This notice covers the public website at atpetrichor.com as it works today. Private client workspaces are invitation-only and covered by separate agreements. The site is run by At Petrichor LLC, a Wisconsin company. At Petrichor Systems, Inc. is now incorporated in Delaware. At Petrichor LLC remains the operator until its work moves to the corporation.
What we receive
- Email you send us. If you write to noah@atpetrichor.com or privacy@atpetrichor.com, we receive your address and your message. We use them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Traffic totals. Our web host, Cloudflare, gives us totals: page views, visits, which pages were requested, browser type and response codes. These are counts, not records of individual people.
- Your browser's own storage. The Field Logbook, the site guide and the Job Board demo save small settings in your browser so they work when you come back. That stays on your device and never reaches us. You can clear it anytime in your browser settings, or with "Clear this device's logbook."
How we use AI on email
We run our business with AI assistants. They may help us organize and draft replies to email you send us. These tools are run for us by AI providers. A person decides what we send.
What we don't do
- We don't set cookies or run third-party scripts or ads on this site.
- We don't sell or rent personal information, or share it for advertising.
- The chat demo and the Job Board demo are scripted with sample data. What you type in them isn't sent to us.
Our web host
Cloudflare delivers this site. Like any web host, it processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, like The Handyman Help. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
Email privacy@atpetrichor.com to ask what we have about you, or to correct or delete it. We'll confirm the request by replying to the address you wrote from.
Changes
When this notice changes, we'll post the new version here with its date. Before we open accounts or sign-ups, we'll publish a fuller policy that covers them.
